The Triathlon coaching plan is an individualized, monthly (4-week) training plan that your coach designs for you to best accomplish your triathlon goals. As a new client, you will complete a brief questionnaire detailing your fitness and health background as well as your season goals.
Your coach will review your workouts daily and provide feedback via email or Training Peaks. Also included in your plan is race-phase preparation and a race-day plan. Your coach will prepare a race-day plan approximately 3-7 days prior to your race. Your plan will take into account various training metrics, race strategy, and your overall fitness status.

The Single Sport coaching plan is an individualized, monthly (4-week) training plan that your CNS coach designs for you to best accomplish your goals in cycling or running. As a new client, you will complete a brief questionnaire detailing your fitness and health background as well as your season goals.
Your coach will review your workouts daily and provide feedback via email or online training platform. Also included in your plan is race-phase preparation and a race-day plan. Your coach will prepare a race-day plan approximately 3-7 days prior to your race. Your plan will take into account various training metrics, race strategy, and your overall fitness status.
